Jarrett F. Seebeck
Chief Executive Officer

Jarrett founded ABU Cluster Funds LLC  and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long-term strategy. Through his deep network of industry relationships, Jarrett also spearheads ABU Cluster Funds LLC’s sourcing and origination capabilities, and works actively with the Company’s investors and capital partners.  He has extensive experience handling complex, distressed real estate situations including bank REO, loan foreclosure, completion of partially built buildings and bankruptcy.  Jarrett has managed a full-service Hilton Hotel, owned and repositioned property in Québec City’s Times Square, developed and leased one of the nation’s top grossing billboards, and was owner & president of an SBA Lender.

Mr. Henry Zanunu
Portfolio Manager

Henry manages the servicing of ABU Cluster Funds LLC’s portfolio of commercial loans. Henry’s experience includes commercial and residential loan processing, servicing and closing of purchases, refinances and loan assumptions. Previously, Henry worked in the loan servicing division of a Québec City-based commercial finance company and managed an $8 Billion portfolio of commercial loans, including FNMA, Freddie Mac, Dus, MBS and credit enhancement (Bond). Henry also worked in loan originations and handled the responsibilities of a paralegal in the loan closing process. 

Williams G. Ericson
LOAN SUPERVISOR

Williams Ericson is responsible for managing ABU Cluster Funds LLC’s existing loan portfolio. Williams works to guide individuals and organizations throughout the loan process and assists with maintaining loan performance. In addition, Williams supervises improvements to REOs, originating workout schedules with borrowers, and retaining brokers to find highest and best use for property value. Williams graduated with honors from the Isenberg School of Management from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A in Accounting.
